Racoon Creek crosses the trail 2.4 miles east of Brushy Mountain Tunnel but you would never know it riding by.
The place is gorgeous and recent improvements to the trout fishing trail along the creek have made it more accessible.
Riding north along the creek into Paulding Forest WMA is possible in some spots but there will be hike-a-bike. Even so, for those who don't mind getting their feet wet and love the woods, the place is worth checking out.
