Took my first look at Rouvy today.

Rouvy has two primary views:
1) map background with video inset window.
2) video background with map inset window.

All of your typical current performance data is displayed on the left along with cumulative data in the window located to the upper-right. You can see the dips that occurred while I was fumbling around with the still image captures and the OBS video capture.

The section of trail is along the Danube River in Germany. The trail is relatively narrow and over-grown. I think we are spoiled by the Silver Comet which, based on this video is wider and very few areas of encroachment by barriers and shrubbery.

Please let me know if you can't see the two images from Google shared photos. Thx.
Also, please don't notice my sloppy form bobbing around on the trainer.

The Rouvy app does NOT have the hesitations that you might have noticed in the video.
My older i3 laptop just doesn't have sufficient power to run Rouvy, get the ANT+ gear data, acquire my basement video feed and capture the combined output with OBS Studio.
But, it did OK and didn't crash.
Gamers do similar with video cards or CPU alone that cost 2x what my laptop did.
