 Chubbtown-Taylorsville Route | | Description: | Nice, scenic road route starting from Coots Lake on the SCT. Heads toward Taylorsville then swings west to Chubbtown and Booger Hollow. Several intermediate climbs, ~67 miles. Some of my favorite roads.

| Yellow-Jewel (short Yellow) | | Description: | A shortened Yellow Loop which descends Jewel Cole to Davis Mill. Heading West on the SCT you exit at Cleburne Pkwy, loops into Dallas and around, back to the the Tara Drummond Trailhead on the SCT. This is a fairly low traffic route. Waters Rd is closed (Sept'09), but you can walk bikes around the dirt berms.
