I've been trying to use Zwift training to improve my spin and aerobic response to high cadence.
Wasn't feeling so great for over a week, but the last two days have shown some interesting results.

First image is from the steep hill after the Box Hill KOM.
Time wasn't great first pass and making circles to see if I could get to Fox Hill, the back side of Box. Which I couldn't, think the game (as Zwift calls itself) actually bends reality depending on your road location. If I had gone down the hill and turned around, the road would be there! Done that before.
I had just done most of Box Hill 85-95 rpm, with a final sprint to fly by a guy that had passed me. Missed getting an image from that, I was working hard.

Second image from the Box Hill KOM, this was effort #2.
This effort was ~10 sec off my PR, but it was a well paced effort that I kicked up in the last 2 min. Still a challenge to get the rpm up, but doing much better.
100 rpm 343 watts, HR 164

My effort on the long Zwift climbs, starting I'm usually 205-210 watts. After 20 mi, I'm up over 235 often. Hopefully soon I'll have a real power meter and get a better idea what my #'s really are.
Big improvement in the paced effort since I started Zwifting.
Think this is a good example of how Zwift can be used to monitor and focus your training.

NOTE: the guy here with the KOM, he's the cheater from the previous post, that passed me on the climb from effort #1.
