US Daylight Saving Time now runs from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November. Your computer DST settings might be off.

How do you fix this? Your computer will need to be updated.

Since most of are running Windurz on our desktops, try this link to fix the problem:

Anybody been up Kennesaw Mtn in the evenin' yet this year?

Their website still reads "Mountain Road: 8:30am-5:30pm" so I am wondering if they're really open with the time change being 3 weeks early what with them always complainin' about being understaffed and all

Good question, chrisd372!

I went there last night and they have extended the Mountain Road hours for 2007 along with the Daylight Saving Time extension.

The road is open and plenty of people were doing repeats. Spring has sprung!

Some people obviously kept up with things over the winter off-season.

Others like me obviously had not.

I'll let you know when I go so you can "feel" faster and have someone to pass. Last week there was a rider I hadn't seen before that was abusing the speed limit restrictions. He left before I had a chance to discuss his descending skills with him.

yeah, yesterday i ALMOST caught up to somebody who appeared to be in very good shape and everything but then back at the parking lot her friends were all "GOOD JOB! I CANT BELIEVE YOU DID IT!" and i promptly tucked tail and labored home wondering why my baggy shirt didnt hide my extra weight from gravity

hey is it against the rules to fill your tires (and maybe bike frame) with hydrogen?

There was a group in UGA vans out there yesterday on Kennesaw Mountain Rd. UGA is doing a study of the road users (I'd guess they're probably helping decide which group to eliminate from the road), so everybody be on your best riding behavior especially when they are out there! And dont just go the speed limit on the way down. Go 5mph under the speed limit so it's obvious we're trying!! And no whistling at the college girls either!!!!!!

It may just have been forestry people looking at that one invasive plant up on the mountain, but who knows. Whoever they may or may not be, we should be on good behavior!

Anyway I am definitely feeling faster going up the mountain. I've already cut a minute off my best time for the season! If I keep improving at this rate I will be back where I was last September by, oh, maybe this September. heh heh Wink
